94-Year-Old Man Discovers Father’s 1930s Car on the Internet and Lovingly Restores It to Its Original Splendor


A 94-year-old gentleman, having come across his father's vintage automobile on an online auction site, recently embarked on its inaugural journey. Malcolm Stern, hailing from Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire, dedicated three years to the meticulous restoration of the 1930s Sunbeam Talbot Darracq, returning it to its pristine condition. Accompanied by his son Jonathan, he proudly cruised the radiant yellow vehicle along a 15-mile route encircling his residence. The sight of Malcolm behind the wheel left fellow car enthusiasts truly astounded during their one-hour excursion.
