Cat Sanctuary Helps Kitties with Special Needs

Avalo Cat Sanctuary founder Michelle Donlick has devoted her life to caring for over 350 cats, many of them with severe health conditions. Michelle takes in cats that have been literally thrown away (found in a dumpster), as well as some who have terminal illnesses or are crippled with neurological disabilities or spinal injuries. Several cats need help just to eat or use the litterbox. She works 15-hour days to give her fur babies the best life possible.
